After I apply for a home listed through The Management House, what do I do?

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
This is great news! You can view the property if you'd like, and then submit an application. The link to apply is on our home page as well as the steps to the application process in the Tenant Resources section -
How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent via our online tenant portal linked directly to our home page. Rent is due on the 1st of every month and late after the 5th. -
I have a pet. What do I do?
Please confirm with The Management House representatives prior to applying that your pet (including size and breed) is accepted by the landlord prior to submitting an application. As a standard, pets are negotiable on all of our properties and a pet fee applies, unless otherwise noted. -
I have a maintenance request for the home I am renting. What do I do?
Maintenantce requests can be submitted via our tenant portal. For emergency requests, please text/call our office line.
